The first EW course under the umbrella of the MHTC took place at the No.1 Airbase in Sintra, Portugal, between 29 January and 09 February. 

Although this is the first MHTC EW course, it is the 13th EW course that has been provided, initially under the responsibility of the EDA and since 1 January 2024 under the responsibility of the MHTC. The course was attended by students from Italy, Greece, Belgium, the Netherlands, Serbia, Germany, Switzerland and Hungary.
